This is a great suggestion. I’d like to add that you may want to list the names of kids involved too. For example on the sheet for my niece and her hubby I might put the names of their kids and a possible location where the kids might be, like at my sister’s house because she watches them while they work. This might come in handy if you needed to pass the information along to someone who might be helping you locate or assist the family.
